Aggression

Some problems are best dealt with in a controlled environment. Growlers class is designed for reactive dogs who are having trouble with other dogs and/or strangers. This class is restricted to dogs that have never bitten a human, and have never sent another dog to the vet. Pre-attendance interview and assessment is mandatory. Social skills and basic obedience are reinforced while conditioning dogs to ignore, tolerate or even become friendly with other dogs. De-sensitizing reactive dogs to their aggression triggers occurs in a safe, controlled environment. Owners have the benefit of working around other dogs with the same issues, getting support and feedback from other owners in the same boat. New arrivals in the class are required to have a 2 hour admittance interview and evaluation, and to commit to 6 weeks of attendance. Ongoing classes can be paid for singly or in multiples of your choice.
